Why Hillary

I think Hillary Clinton should be elected to be the next President of the United States. My three reasons are: she is the first women to run for president, she is experienced and she is really good for kids.

My first reason for wanting Hillary to be next is because she is the first female to run for President. That is important to me because I think she will make things better for girls. We are more than fifty percent of the population.

My second reason is because she has good experienced. Her experience is eight years as a U.S. senator, eight years as First Lady at the White House and as many years as First Lady of Arkansas. Hillary Clinton is also a good lawyer and past advisor for her husband when he was President.

My third reason is because kids come first to her. She has said will continue to make schooling better and affordable for all kids. For example, Sen. Clinton is in favor of current legislation to reform federal student–aid funding which will return more federal dollars into the hands of students instead of big business.

So yeah, if I were old enough to vote next year my vote would be for Sen. Hillary Clinton because she is for kids, she is very experienced and mostly because she is the first female to run for President and she will do an awesome job.

New Puppy

I now have a new puppy and her name is Maggie. She will be 10 weeks old tomorrow. As you can see from her picture she is as cute as she can be!

Summer Tutoring

This summer I have spent a lot of time studying for this coming school year. My tutors are Nana and Debbie. Nana helps me with English and Debbie helps me with math. For me so far there are two depressing results and two helpful results.

The most depressing result with tutoring is that I don’t see or talk to my friends as much because I am always doing my homework and because I am mostly in Indy. The only time I get to see them is when I go to Fort Wayne on the weekends and then only if I don’t have plans with my mom and dad or other family members.

The second thing about all the tutoring is that after doing my homework for about three or four hours it starts to get really boring. But I have no way out of it so I guess I will just have to live with it until I am done for the day.

The first helpful result is that I am learning more so I will do better at my new school and with my grades then I did last year at MPMS. Too, sometimes it can be fun… when I want it to be.

But the most helpful reason for all this studying I am doing gives me a better likelihood of passing my high school graduation test. When I graduate high school I’ll get a better chance at going to collage and getting a bigger choice of jobs. And that is why I’m doing all this work.

So, the summer tutoring, even though boring sometimes and I don’t see my friends as much as I want, can still be fun sometimes and will payoff in better grades this coming school year.
